The streets are lined with small shops selling everything from Harry Potter wands to spell candles. If you have some time to spend in Salem, walk the street of Essex and check out all it has to offer. Here are some of my top places to shop when in Salem, MA - The Witch City.
Crow Haven Corner – This is oldest witch store in Salem. It has crystals, books, statues, and more. I found a beautiful wishing tree with tumbled celestite stones to hang in front of my window. The store is small so it does have a doorman and the line to get in can get quite long. They also offer several types of readings onsite.
Witch City Consignment – This is one of the largest consignment shops I have ever been to. Talk about a treasure hunt. I found a beautiful old trunk in wonderful condition. They often have vendor fairs inside their store as well.
Enchanted – Enchanted is home to Salem’s official witch Laurie Cabot. The store has items relating to the craft.
Witch City Wicks – I am an avid candle hoarder. Yes, I openly admit I have a problem. So of course I had to include the local candle store. The boutique shop is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful selection of items.
Village Silversmith – This was my favorite shop in Salem. They have a huge collection of crystals and minerals at wonderful prices. Whether you love raw stones or prefer them as jewelry, you are bound to find something here.
